This home for a Combat Veteran is built in memory of Victor & Mabel Fayant who were life-long residents of El Paso.
YOU can help build it!
“We believe that one of the best ways we can serve the veteran community is by engaging veterans as volunteers. We know that Habitat build sites help connect veterans with their communities in a deep meaningful way, which will ultimately set them up for a successful transition to civilian life.” — David Gilkeson, director of Habitat's Veterans Build Initiative
This house and its construction is dedicated to the memory of "Vic" who was a WWll Fort Bliss Army Veteran who served and met his wife Mabel here in El Paso. They were both life-long residents and supporters of our community.
Construction at: 6985 Jericho Tree Dr. 79934 in Northeast El Paso Mesquite Hills Subdivision.
The construction has been made possible in part through an anonymous donation. An eligible Veteran Partner Family has been selected through our homeownership program.
Everyone deserves a decent place to live, and everyone can do something today to help make that possible for a Veteran family.
